Lawyers at the bars of Paris and Geneva
LNA was founded in 1970 by Renée Langer-Netter, who had a strategic vision of matters and aimed to provide clients with tailor-made advice. LNA has grown by evolving its working methods while maintaining its core values.
We believe in the transmission of know-how, and we have developed and perpetuated our structure by adapting to new areas of law, to the needs of companies, and to the evolution of markets and of technologies.
The firm has always had an international dimension and has built links with recognized players in France and around the world, enabling it to offer a wide range of services. It is on this basis that we continue to develop our firm, to provide the best service to our clients.
To Know
All the teams have developed solid experience and constantly updated skills in the areas of law that constitute the firm’s core business:
- Corporate and Business Law
- Economic and commercial activities of companies
- Taxation and wealth
- Contractual liability and industrial risks
- New technologies and renewable energy
- Personal and social law
To Do
LNA benefits from a duality of skills:
- Advisory: assisting clients in the structuring and engineering of their activities and issues, drafting contracts or specific clauses
- Litigation: judicial, tax, arbitration. LNA also has mastery of alternative dispute resolution methods (mediation, interest-based negotiation, collaborative process)
This dual competence in advising and litigation allows for strong foresight and a robust support strategy.
We have developed a network of numerous partners in France and throughout the world: consultants, technical and financial experts, notaries, lawyers, professors, jurists and court officers.
We assist and defend different types of clients: industrial groups and large corporations, SMEs, Digital Services Companies, insurance companies, company directors and individuals.
Know-How
Our long experience and skills enable us to understand our clients’ strategic and operational challenges, to have a cross-sectional view of the issues, to see further ahead and to offer “tailor-made” solutions: ingenious, creative, concrete, and reliable. We encourage self-questioning and open-mindedness while working with rigour, professionalism, and a high degree of confidentiality on all our cases.
We are trained in amicable conflict resolution techniques.
Show How
The human dimension of our profession is one of the major assets of a successful collaboration and the success of a case.
Close to our clients and their concerns, we work together and develop the most appropriate strategy for their economic, technical, and human needs and challenges.
Our passion for our profession, our commitment, our determination, and the cohesion of our teams enable us to be organised, responsive and efficient. It is thanks to this dimension that we can build long-term relationships of trust with our clients, whether they are SMEs or CAC 40 corporations.

Auxilex
Within the framework of our deontological rules and our values of proximity and reactivity, we have created AUXILEX – LNA SERVICES, our company dedicated to the back office of the accounting and legal professions.
AUXILEX proposes, on an ancillary basis, goods and services related to the practice of law, intended for our clients, our colleagues, our partners, chartered accountants, and notaries, in order to offer a wider range of services than just legal advice and litigation.
For example, AUXILEX accompanies family offices, provides material resources or premises, provides documentary research services in relation to the clients’ activities, coaching services, and assistance with conventional mediations.
