Anaïs IBNONAMR

Anaïs joined LNA in January 2024, after gaining experience as an associate at a law firm specialising in business law, and several experiences with international law firms and legal departments (CMS Francis Lefebvre, Robert Bosch France, etc.).

These experiences have enabled her to acquire valuable practical reflexes in a variety of fields and in contact with different interlocutors, in both French and English (foreign lawyers, sales representatives, purchasers, engineers, managers, certified accountants, etc.).

She holds a postgraduate degree in economic law from the University of Aix-en-Provence, giving her a multi-disciplinary approach to business law.

She also holds a university diploma in distribution law and wrote her final year dissertation on the “Reorganisation of Distribution Networks”.

Anaïs shows her adaptability and puts her theoretical and practical acumen at the service of clients to ensure a complete understanding of the issues at stake.

She focuses her practice on commercial, corporate and tax law, for both companies and individuals, providing both advisory and litigation services.
