François Robin joined the firm in 2018, after completing comprehensive training in Business School as well as legal training, having earned a Business Law degree from University of Lyon III.
He mainly focuses on litigation involving business law matters, whether they are partnership or contractual disputes. His areas of practice also extend to property issues, which include resolving inheritance disputes.
François Robin is in charge of monitoring the trial and pretrial phases of litigation, including the enforcement of court decisions, and promoting the amicable settlement of disputes, whenever possible.
