A graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of Paris-Saclay, Mathilde Ripert specializes in business law.
At LNA which she joined in 2021, she aims to develop her practice of corporate engineering as a means of resolving economic, financial and legal problems encountered in the course of any activity or in the management of private assets (contribution of securities, leveraged buyouts, group animation in business law, use of civil partnership or of dismemberment of company shares in property law).
She has acquired solid experience in corporate restructuring, in particular at the Anglo-Saxon law firm Hogan Lovells (in Business Restructuring Insolvency) and at Lagardère’s legal department in mergers and acquisitions.
Her main area of expertise is advising companies at every stage of their development (strategic rapprochement between business partners, contract negotiations, entry of new investors, incentives, etc.) but also monitoring related litigations.
