Holding a Master 2 degree in intellectual property and new technology law, Isabelle Canet joined LNA in 2010, after having gained experience in these fields of law in corporations and law firms. Leaning on this experience, she focuses her activity today in all areas of law relating to intellectual property and mainly new technology law.
She acts for clients, particularly companies, assisting them in drafting and negotiating IT contracts, and assists clients in pre-litigation.
She is also responsible for monitoring litigation of intellectual property, technology law and industrial risks and assists clients when it comes to court appointed technical investigations. She operates both in monitoring litigation (civil and commercial procedures, expertise) and in counseling (consultations, drafting of contracts, audits).
